Rochelle is a Clinical Director of Evolve Psychology Group and Registered Psychologist having completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) Honours in 2016 at Edith Cowan University (ECU). She has also completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with a Double Major in Psychology and Children and Family Studies at ECU. She is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi) and full member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).

Rochelle is dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence based psychological services to children, adolescents, adults and families in our community.

Rochelle is motivated by the integrative biopsychosocial perspective and the principles of neuroscience, taking into consideration the complexity of interactions between biological, psychological and social relations within our environment, which allows the formulation of a comprehensive and individualised therapeutic approach. Rochelle’s compassion, dedication and unconditional positive regard for clients provide the foundation in facilitating a secure therapeutic alliance. She uses a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches to personalise therapy for each individual.

These approaches include psychoeducation, CBT, motivational interviewing, interpersonal psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, relaxation strategies, neuropsychotherapy, family-based interventions (including parenting support), art and play therapy, skills training, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and positive psychology interventions.

Rochelle is a full member of EMDRAA and working towards accreditation
